| * Group reservations must be booked 21 days prior to arrival and payment in full must be received 14 days prior to arrival date. Business Checks, Cash or Credit Card payments Only. A list of each guests full name and room type must be faxed to us 14 days prior to arrival date to insure proper room assignments. There is a 72 Hour Cancel Police and 50% of original booking amount will be forfeited for processing fees. Room change requests after initial bookings will cost $ 10.00 for processing. Our Hotel has a fireplace in every room and we have the best group rates in South Lake Tahoe. Wedding Groups are welcome and we will work with you to aid in the planning of your special day.
